Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains what information GB Media Co, a brand of Green Beret Realty Group LLC (“we”, “us”), collects and how we use it when you visit our website, work with us, or use a customer-management workspace we provide. It also covers the information that businesses and their customers enter into those workspaces.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, password (stored by our sign-in provider, not in readable form), and, if you use Google sign-in, the name and email Google shares with us.
Workspace data: contacts, notes, messages, call and chat transcripts, form submissions, appointments, files, and website content that you or your customers enter or that our tools capture on your behalf.
Business and billing details: information you give us to provide our services. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.
Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and (on forms and landing pages) the campaign or referral details of how a visitor arrived.
Cookies: we use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and may use analytics or advertising pixels you or we install on websites we build.

3. How We Use Information

to provide, operate, secure and improve the services;
to send messages you or your customers ask for, including service emails, text messages, and automated follow-ups;
to run AI assistants that answer enquiries on a business’s behalf;
to bill for the services and provide support; and
to comply with the law and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell personal information.

Mobile information. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text-messaging opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages and calls, and only to provide the service. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

4. Who Is Responsible for Workspace Data

For the customer and lead information a business keeps in its workspace, that business decides why and how the data is used, and we process it on the business’s behalf to provide the services. If you are a customer or lead of one of our clients and want to see, correct or delete your information, please contact that business directly; we will help them respond.

5. Service Providers

We share information with trusted providers that help us run the services, only as needed for them to do so. Depending on the features in use, these include providers of cloud hosting and databases (Google Cloud / Firebase, Vercel), email delivery (Resend), scheduled-job processing (Upstash), AI language models (OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to), website generation and publishing (gitpage and GitLab), and, when enabled, text and voice messaging, payment processing and AI voice calling providers. These providers have their own privacy practices.

6. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as an account or engagement is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. When an engagement ends, we will make workspace data available for export for a reasonable period on request, and then delete or anonymize it, except where we are required to keep it.

7. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and reasonable technical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, email us at support@gbmediaco.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, and reply STOP to stop text messages.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. See also our Terms of Service.
